yey, five years completed!

tonight for our anniversary, Joel set up babysitting with a coworker friend and his family to come over to watch the boys. the boys loved playing with their daughter.
Joel picked out a relaxed New Orleans style restaurant. we had alligator bites, calamari, crab cake, seafood au gratin, and a taste of chocolate mousse. it was all delicious! we also drove through an older part of town and looked at the architecture. it was quite nice to have conversations without kid interruption.
it was such a wonderful evening! thank you honey for the night and all you did to make it happen, and thank you for the five great years!
